Selecting a superintendent is an important decision that will impact the school district’s students, staff, and community. The right superintendent increases morale, builds community trust, motivates students and staff resulting in high levels of achievement, and promotes excellence in learning. Because of this impact, the Pamlico County Board of Education seeks your feedback as part of its process for selecting the next superintendent.
