During the June meeting of the Pamlico County Board of Education, the Pamlico County High School (PCHS) Marching Band was recognized for recent awards. The PCHS Band participated in the WorldStrides Onstage Music Festival on April 22 in Atlanta, Georgia. While competing there, the band earned a Gold Rating (=Superior) and 2nd place 1A Band. This is the third Superior rating in a row for the Pamlico County Symphonic Band!
