District Leadership Holds Work Session

Yesterday, during our early release day, teachers throughout the district received training in instruction and took time to collaborate within their departments.

At the central office, all district leadership staff (Central office staff in leadership positions, principals, assistant principals and board of education members) came together to do a deep dive into our student data. The work session was an opportunity for school and district leadership teams to work alongside board of education members to really concentrate on our students’ data, look at contributing factors to success, target areas of improvement and build plans for success.

It is the hope of Pamlico County Schools leadership that these work sessions will become more frequent and will allow all leadership teams to serve as positive planning and accountability partners for one another as we work to do what’s best for our students.
