Pamlico County High School held its inaugural induction for the Rho Kappa Social Studies National Honor Society last night. To be selected to be a member each student must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00 or the numerical equivalent; have taken two social studies courses and be prepared to take a third; have participated in activities that demonstrate civic engagement in their school or community; provide a letter of recommendation, and desire to be a member of Rho Kappa.
Congratulations to these amazing students and their sponsor Mr. Brandon Spiece and the entire history department of PCHS for beginning another great tradition at PCHS.
